Our world has gotten so serious lately...even for kids. Pretending, and using imagination are crucial for them during these times of stress and uncertainty--we need to encourage this! Other benefits to this kind of creative play would be development of social, emotional and cognitive skills, discovery, learning self-control and self-regulation, increased concentration, and the ability to explore developmental skills.* We believe in giving children a chance to do exactly that with our new 2021 Storybook Sessions (geared for kids ages 3-12).
